Our client is growing their client base, and we are inviting a passionate Senior IT Support Specialist to come join our team! Also known as an Implementation Support Specialists, ensure a smooth experience throughout the client implementation process. Implementation Support Specialists work both behind the scenes and directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver on-time results.

Essential Duties

  • Work, troubleshoot, close and/or route ITA tickets for assigned implementation clients
  • Research tickets and provide correct and timely solutions, apply proper rules and settings
  • Provide correct and timely updates on project deliverables as requested
  • Conduct training as requested
  • Complete initial and ongoing product configuration
  • Schedule and deploy maintenance release packets
  • Deploy quarterly updates and installation packets
  • Complete database configuration settings after Practice database setup is completed
  • Conduct requirements gathering for project deliverables for assigned products and clients
  • Complete testing/deployment for assigned tasks, modules and products
  • Seek overall process improvements for client transition period (from Implementations to Client Services)
  • Administer smooth client transitions from Implementations to Support, communicating effectively between both departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience Needed

  • BS/BA in Healthcare or Computer/IT related degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in healthcare IT industry, RCM

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Basic-to-Intermediate level knowledge of SQL, database environments, and code trouble-shooting preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven client relations ability
  • Flexibility to work with internal groups and external users
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Proven ability to research and resolve complex technical issues
