Senior IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Engineer

We have multiple office locations including operations in UK and Philippines supporting global clients with the majority in UK and USA. Job description:

• Responsible for logging requests reported by customers and internal staff via Telephone and email.
• Assist remote users with technical support issues.
• Management and ownership of support tickets
• Ensure requests are diagnosed and resolved/escalated in a timely manner
• Working on a shift 9am-9pm or 9pm-9am on a 4 days on, 4 days off rota.

• Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with UK-based clients.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to explain IT issues to non-IT users.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstration of success in a multi-functional role
• Computer literate - working knowledge of office applications.
