• Respond to IT helpdesk requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues.
• Assist in setting up user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Support video conferencing, printers, and other office equipment.
• Ensure data security and perform regular backups.
