The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, systems, and internal CCTV environment, as well as leading a small local team. This role requires excellent technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet objectives efficiently. Qualifications 2 or more years of experience in a big corporate IT environment Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar senior IT role. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Italian is a plus. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Hands-on experience with network configuration, system maintenance, and IT support processes. Key Responsibilities: Network & Infrastructure Manage and configure LAN networks. Configure network switches (Aruba and HPE preferred). Configure wireless access points (Aruba or Unifi preferred). Knowledge of types of medias (fiber and copper) and their functionality Plan, prepare, and cable network racks. CCTV Systems Manage and maintain internal video surveillance systems. Team Leadership Lead and coordinate a team of 2 local members in Albania and 1 more team member in Kosovo. Effectively prioritize tasks and manage team workload. Handle challenges proactively and provide solutions. Communicate clearly and effectively with both the team and upper management. Achieve assigned goals by coordinating team resources and tools efficiently. Systems & Platforms Strong knowledge of Windows, mac OS and Android operating systems. Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite) and its applications. Understand helpdesk operations and workflows.
