Start: ASAP

Status: Permanent, resident

Work schedule: 5 days per week

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering / Information Technology, Security or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certified Professional preferred.
  • Professional Certification in Virtualisation Technologies from Microsoft, VMWare, Oracle, or Citrix.

Experience:

  • 10+ Years’ experience in System Administration and Management.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in managing Microsoft Directory Services, Messaging Services, Management and Monitoring solutions, Antivirus Solutions, Backups Solutions, and other infrastructure applications is essential.
  • Virtual infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience managing hybrid Microsoft environments including Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Hybrid.
  • Experience managing endpoint management, cybersecurity, monitoring, audit and compliance platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining HPE Server hardware and Storage.
  • Project management skills are important and demonstrated experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework / processes a plus.
  • Experience supporting ISO 27001 compliant environments and audit requirements is a strong advantage.

Information Security:

  • Employees shall read, understand, and comply with company's Information Security Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
  • Employees shall promptly report any suspected or actual information security incidents to their respective line manager or the IT department.
  • Employees shall protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company’s information assets.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
  • Solid understanding IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security as well as the management of these components.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wireless, Internet Security, Remote access operations.
  • Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
  • Willingness and ability to take ownership and personal responsibility of issues and drive them through to successful resolution.
  • Ability to operate within broad guidelines, policies and standards and can identify, document and support changes to established procedures.
  • Professional, positive, can-do attitude with a sense of urgency for task completion.
  • Strong customer focused attitude is essential.
  • Team player who can guide and advise colleagues within the department.
  • Excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, set and meet deadlines.

Main responsibility:

  • Provide expertise and best practices to implement, maintain and support the corporate Infrastructure, Infrastructure Applications, and Infrastructure Security. Provide continuous improvement to meet the business needs of organisation, but not limited to, the installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, cloud, cybersecurity, messaging, collaboration, endpoint, storage and data centre platforms across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
