ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior IT Technician to support our operations in Darlington, PA. This is a hands-on role focused on IT infrastructure and user support, with the added responsibility of coordinating local US-IT activities.
You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related matters on-site and will act as the liaison between users, external providers, local Management and global IT. This is a working-level role – meaning you’ll actively solve problems while also helping to structure local IT efforts as our presence grows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide on-site and remote support for users and the infrastructure (Windows, MS Office, hardware, printers, networking)
• Enhance the US IT infrastructure to ensure consistency with the company’s global IT standards and architecture.
