As an IT Support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Cabling, Networking, Fire-walls
  • Deployment, POS, any Mobile devices, Troubleshoot Hardware & Software
  • Desktops, Laptop, Workstations, Printers, Hardware Replacements & Break & Fix services.
  • CISCO, Routers, Switches, Networking
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.

Responsibilities
