PC1 is a growing MSP (Managed Service Provider) with a diverse customer base and a strong reputation for delivering tailored IT solutions. We’re expanding our team of five and are actively looking for one IT Technician and one Marketing professional to support our continued growth.

JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a flexible, customer-focused IT Technician to work alongside our two IT Directors. This role involves supporting clients across various industries, using our suite of tools and ticketing system. The position offers variety, autonomy, and room for growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in IT support or technical services (open to different levels).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus but not essential.
  • Google Ads or digital marketing experience is a bonus.
  • Clean driving licence preferred.
