Responsibilities: Lead and actively contribute to the development within the CAT platform. Utilize your Front Office technology experience in delivering solutions for our loans analytics platform. Ensure compliance with Financial Markets specifications and integrate best-in-class technology. Develop scalable services with optimized performance, functionality, and visualization. Design, develop, and maintain applications for both development teams and front office users. Implement safe coding practices, intelligent design, and access control for supportable applications. Integrate database solutions (Postgres/Mongo), caching (Hazelcast), communication (Solace), and security (HashiCorp, SSO tokens, Kong integration). Manage resource usage effectively and proactively. Maintain system stability, availability, and performance at all costs. Provide Level 3 Production support as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions. Required Skills: Proven experience as a developer, preferably in Financial services/Consulting/Financial Markets domain. Strong expertise in designing, building, deploying, and supporting critical solutions. Experience with Front Office technology delivery and integration. Proficiency in database technologies, caching, and secure communication protocols. Ability to work within regulatory frameworks and approved technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and resource management abilities. Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Business Oriented Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related topic
