Your tasks with us:You will contribute your experience as a Java Developer to one of our agile development teams. You will actively shape software solutions: from the initial idea and architecture to deployment at our customers' sites.You develop using modern technologies and methods (Clean Code, Pair Programming, Code Reviews…) and ensure that our solutions not only work, but inspire.As an experienced developer, you will take responsibility for technical decisions and the implementation of complex features.Within the team, you provide impetus for new processes and methods and, as a mentor, you also enjoy supporting younger team members.You bring the following:You have sound knowledge of Java and object-oriented software development – ​​whether acquired through studies, training or as a self-taught individual – and have already programmed for several years in a professional environment.You have a deep understanding of software architecture, clean code and design patterns, and are familiar with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring, Docker, REST, Security...).You enjoy working in a team, contributing your own ideas, and taking on responsibility as well as developing yourself technically and personally.In everyday life, we use first names and speak German.
