Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with deep expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC) and Streaming Data Integration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, real-time data processing, and cloud-native architectures. This role requires working onsite full-time at either Wilmington, DE or Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement CDC pipelines using Kafka Connect to stream data from IMS DB to Confluent Cloud. Develop Java Spring Boot microservices for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Build real-time stream processing workflows using Apache Flink. Integrate with Aurora PostgreSQL for downstream data persistence and analytics. Optimize pipeline performance for high throughput and low latency. Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams to deploy and monitor solutions on AWS. Document system architecture, data flow, and operational procedures. Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
