Key requirements:

Very strong Java development capability, gained within

banking or financial services environments

.NET experience is desirable

Strong scripting skills, with PowerShell highly regarded

Significant experience working in complex, regulated enterprise platforms

Demonstrated ability to contribute quickly and operate effectively in high-visibility delivery programs

Highly regarded experience:

Prior experience within a tier-one banking organisation

Hands-on experience working in microservices architectures, particularly NEF

Experience with Kafka topics and event-driven systems

Exposure to OpenSearch, or involvement in Splunk to OpenSearch migration programs
