Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable Java applications in alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features effectively. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to enhance team skills and performance. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high-quality user experiences. Troubleshoot and debug applications, enhancing application functionality as needed. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Java application development. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
