Tasks

• You design and develop scalable software architectures for complex enterprise applications in the Java environment.
• You program sophisticated applications with Java / J2EE, Spring or Spring Boot and use modern development standards.
• You analyze the technical requirements of our customers and translate them into technical architecture and solution designs .
• You develop new features and platform solutions to implement complex customer requirements.
• You evaluate new technologies, frameworks and tools and actively integrate them into our projects.
• You will take on a technical leadership role in projects and support developers in architectural decisions and best practices.
• You will work closely with our clients and occasionally be on-site for projects. Your place of residence within Germany is irrelevant – only your willingness to travel is crucial.
• You are the link between business and IT and ensure that technical solutions create real added value for our customers.

qualification

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business mathematics or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of experience in Java software development , ideally also in a senior or architecture role .
• Solid knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot and modern software architectures.
• Experience with frameworks and technologies such as Hibernate, Angular or similar frontend technologies is an advantage.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases or streaming platforms (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka).
• Experience with microservices architectures, cloud environments, or containerized applications is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Fluent German and English skills .
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
• Salary range for this position (senior level): €72,000 – €95,000 gross per year. Final classification depends on experience and skillset.
