💼 IT Business Analyst / Product Owner

QPTech is recruiting an experienced IT Business Analyst / Product Owner for a 12-month rolling contract with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation in Limerick.This is a hands-on digital delivery role, working closely with business and technology teams to shape requirements, improve processes and support the delivery of high-impact digital solutions.

• 🔍 What You’ll Be DoingGather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories and use cases.
• Map and improve business processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
• Work closely with developers, project managers and business users.
• Support backlog prioritisation and Agile delivery.
• Lead or support UAT and go-live readiness.
• Act as the key point of contact for requirements clarification.
• Where required, take on Product Owner responsibility for a digital platform.

• 🎯 What We’re Looking ForStrong experience as an IT Business Analyst, Digital Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Strong process mapping and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working in Agile or digital delivery environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Visio or similar tools is beneficial.

Experience in pharma, biotech, med device, manufacturing or regulated environment, but is not essential.
