About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join a team delivering cutting-edge financial solutions. The project focuses on innovative solutions for the FinTech sector. Combining big data, machine learning, and cognitive solutions to redefine the way financial technologies are developed. It supports consumer finance by creating tailor-made tools that enable users to effectively manage and control their financial reality, all while fostering a culture of innovation and delivering a unique, user-focused experience. Main responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications. Work with Drools to implement business rules. Provide accurate estimations and adjust them as needed. Communicate effectively with both the team and clients. Proactively identify project issues and suggest solutions. Provide assertive, clear feedback and maintain strong organizational standards. Requirements: Strong Java development skills (advanced mid or senior level). Experience with Drools. Ability to work independently with full ownership of assigned tasks. Strong estimation and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, including direct client interaction. Proactive problem-solving mindset. Assertiveness and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
