We are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer to join one of our clients’ teams with 6 months contract with possibility to extend. 8+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH JAVA DEVELOPMENT

• Strong AWS knowledge in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and IaC
• German – C1 level (mandatory for direct communication with German client)
• English – B2 level (for internal communication and international collaboration)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Experience leading or mentoring small technical teams is a strong plus

• Develop and enhance backend services using Java (8+ years of experience required).
• Lead the technical optimization of AWS infrastructure, focusing on:
• Operational stability
• Security enhancements
• Performance improvements
• Cost efficiency and sustainability
• Implement:
• Centralized monitoring via CloudWatch alarms
• Multi-account AWS setups using AWS Organizations
• Security best practices (SSM Secure Strings, IAM guidelines)
• Automated deployment pipelines with AWS CDK
• Cost optimization strategies (rightsizing, savings plans, Aurora Serverless)
• Coordinate with stakeholders in Germany and developers in Vietnam.
• Proactively lead or mentor a small, distributed development team when needed.
