This role involves leading technical solution design, translating business requirements into robust implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The individual will also support system architecture, code reviews, and deployments across environments. What you will do Develop and unit test Java/Spring Boot applications. Lead and guide the team in identifying and implementing innovative solutions. Translate functional and business Telco requirements into design. Own technical solution design, configuration, and implementation across teams. Define and configure interfaces for data exchange between services and front-end applications. Present high-level and technical designs to solution designers, testers, and DevOps engineers. Analyse defects and dispatch them to dedicated teams. Handle incidents and workarounds in production, especially in complex failure scenarios. Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests for complex changes. Support Continuous Feature Breakdown with PO/PM and System Architect. Assist System Architect in creating high-level designs. Support DevOps for deployments across environments. Who you are Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot development (minimum 7 years). At least 2 years of experience in DevOps/Cloud environments. Agile mindset with experience in hybrid agile/waterfall methodologies. Functional knowledge of Telco business (Cable/TV). Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and GitHub Actions. Familiarity with Agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices. Stakeholder management experience. Educational qualifications: B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, or BSc/MSc in Computer Science. Preferred: SAFe Agile certifications, AWS DevOps and Java certifications, experience with Kafka, caching, and relational databases. Not a Perfect Fit? Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
