Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of complex, long-term solutions to critical information technology needs through innovative applications, robust systems architecture, and scalable network systems and applications infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, setting architectural direction, establishing coding standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, performant, and secure software.
Architect and develop complex application features, including code development, the creation of comprehensive unit, functional, and integration tests, the implementation of sophisticated test automation strategies, and the orchestration of code deployments to various environments.
Drive the development and evolution of technical capabilities and products to proactively address future business needs and strategic objectives.
Take ownership of critical software components and systems throughout the entire software development lifecycle, providing expert-level support and ensuring their reliability and scalability.
Lead and contribute to multiple complex projects concurrently, providing strategic guidance and ensuring seamless integration across teams.
Drive the estimation process, contribute to the creation of detailed use case specifications, and collaborate closely with Quality Engineering teams and Product Owners to define and deliver exceptional products.
Champion the creation of clear, self-documenting code and well-maintained processes, fostering an environment where any developer can readily understand and contribute to the codebase.
Proactively identify, evaluate, and introduce cutting-edge tools and automation strategies to optimize development workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall development lifecycle.
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering their technical growth and promoting best practices within the team.
Participate in architectural reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with overall technology strategy.
