About the role: We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Order Gateway Team.
About tech stack: Java, NodeJS, Spring Boot, RMQ, MongoDB.

• Act as a Business Partner: Balance long-term vision with short-term goals by shaping the roadmap, translating business requirements into actionable technical objectives, and communicating their value to stakeholders.
• Lead Initiatives and Drive Alignment: Set team priorities, align them with adjacent teams, and foster effective cross-team collaboration.
• Own and Build the Order Domain: Design and develop scalable, reliable solutions for managing orders across complex system landscapes.
• Build and Guide the Team: Establish a collaborative, autonomous team culture, mentor team members, and share your expertise to drive innovation.
• Enable Other Teams: Provide tools, strategies, and functionality to ensure seamless integration and enablement across engineering teams.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Define KPIs and employ SRE practices to ensure reliability, observability and performance.
