Qualifications & Requirements Required Experience & Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development. Strong expertise with Java 21 and modern Spring Boot frameworks. Proven experience designing and building back-end applications and APIs. Solid understanding of relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, or similar). Experience working with enterprise cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and best practices. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Technical Skills (Priority): Spring Boot for enterprise-level application development. Kubernetes – ability to manage and run applications in containerized environments. Kafka – event streaming and messaging. Language & Communication: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). MUST be proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish (85%).
