Job Description Mandatory This role requires participation in a 24/7 on‑call rotation, Monday through Sunday. Frequency:one week every 3 to 4 months Qualifications Mandatory Skills Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. Advanced, proven hands‑on experience with Kafka (minimum 4 years). Basic knowledge of reactive programming. Required Technical Knowledge Microservices architecture Spring Boot Functional Programming Java (version 8 or higher) JPA Testing (TDD or BDD) Software Design principles Database knowledge: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc. Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) Minimum B2 English level proficiency Nice to Have Basic knowledge of API design (OAS3) Any additional skills or knowledge relevant to the project will be positively valued. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java and Kafka within a microservices architecture. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation once every 3 to 4 months to ensure system stability.
