Solidus is searching for a Senior Java Software Engineer. You will be joining a team that solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. This position is located in Aurora, CO. Candidates must be able to work on-site.

Required:

• US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Software Development in Java
• Experience with Agile and/or DevSecOps toolsets (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, etc.)
• Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies

Preferred:

• Some area of satellite ground system software, such as mission management, planning and scheduling, command and telemetry, satellite operations, or flight dynamics models preferred
• Developing software using C++ and Python
• Microservices in an AWS environment using Docker and Kubernetes
• Test Automation, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes
• Working with large-scale legacy software system.
• Experience with tools such as Eclipse, Junit, Kafka, and Spring Boot
