  • You have excellent German skills (at C2 level)
  • You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner, while also demonstrating genuine team spirit.
  • You are characterized by a strong awareness of quality and pronounced analytical skills.

Team:

The HX team is an agile software development team responsible for our MACHmeinERP solution in the area of budgeting

. You might be familiar with terms like budget freeze, budget release, supplementary budget, or commitment authorization from the news – and wonder how such complex processes can be mapped in software? That's exactly what we're working on.

Application Process:

We believe in transparent, open application processes. It's important to us that we get to know each other authentically and determine together whether we're a good fit both professionally and personally.

If you're interested in the position, we'll first discuss your profile with our People Lead in the Tech area, Susanne. If we receive the "green light" from her, we'll invite you to an initial remote interview (approx. 60 minutes) with Susanne and the team lead, Nina, via Teams. During this interview, we'll discuss the role, your prior experience, and the collaboration at MACH in detail.

The second step is a virtual code review (approx. 90 minutes) with our Lead Architect, Jonathan.

The final step in our joint recruiting journey is a virtual meeting with your future team (approx. 30 minutes).

You will typically receive final feedback within two weeks of our last exchange.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone or chat.

We look forward to getting to know you!
