Job Description & Summary About the team Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team is based in Prague and is part of the Digital Enablement department which engages in Big Data, Data Science, Data Analytics activities and SAP ERP Implementation related services. Our team delivers projects for clients in the Czech Republic as well as internationally–primarily in Germany–and develops data and technology solutions that drive better business decisions and optimize costs. Leveraging advanced technologies, we implement the right controls, processes, and structures to ensure decisions are based on accurate information and resources are used efficiently. About your manager Vlastimil Košík leads the End-to-End Planning in PwC Czech Republic. The team focuses on topics from Finance to Supply Chain Planning & Operations. Throughout his professional career he has had a chance to hold various positions as a developer, business analyst with later stages moving to solution architecture, project leadership and team leadership. Outside of the typical working hours he likes to spend his time in wilder parts of nature, ideally kayaking and fishing. Job description & summary As a Senior Jedox Consultant, you will become a part of a small but quickly growing team of highly experienced and specialized experts in various areas of Enterprise Performance Management. You will: Work on end-to-end Jedox implementation projects, designing and delivering solutions for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across finance, sales, and other key enterprise functions Design and develop complex Jedox data models, including advanced business rules and rule templates, optimized ETL processes, integrations, and frontend components (planning templates, reports and dashboards); implement workflows and security schemes, while ensuring performance optimization Facilitate and manage workshops with key stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements and define solution scope Design solutions tailored to client-specific needs and recommend best practices to clients Ensure the quality of project deliverables by performing functional testing in Jedox, debugging and reviewing solution design Active participation in presales activities and preparation of proposals for new clients Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Support knowledge transfer to client, provide training, and foster the development of junior team members Requirements of the role University degree, ideally with focus on Economics, Finance or IT Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Communicative English Fluent (written and spoken) communication in Czech is a must Deep knowledge of IT and Finance/Controlling concepts, with the ability to apply them in complex EPM solution design Previous consulting experience Strong expertise in OLAP concepts and multidimensional modeling Experience with gathering business requirements (business objectives, user needs and goals, supporting metrics, technical specifications, data sources) At least 2 years of proven experience in designing Jedox solutions, implementing them and customizing to client needs Nice to have Knowledge of German Controlling background or qualification Experience with other EPM tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, Tagetik or IBM Planning Analytics) Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) Our Benefits and Fun Concentrated experience and rapid career growth.
