Job Description – Senior Quantity Surveyor (Senior QS) & Junior Quantity Surveyor (Junior QS) Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Leading Contracting Company Projects: High-Rise Building, Riverton & Villa Projects Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Senior QS) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, quantity surveying, contracts, and commercial activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential developments, and villa projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities from pre-construction to project completion. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs. Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and subcontractor payments. Prepare and evaluate variation orders and cost reports. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Review subcontractor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons. Conduct progress measurements and prepare interim payment applications. Maintain cost control reports and project financial records. Support contract administration and project handover activities. Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor (Junior QS) Position Overview We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support quantity take-offs, cost estimation, project documentation, and commercial activities. The candidate will work closely with the project and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and BOQs. Support preparation of cost estimates and material calculations. Review drawings and project specifications. Assist in preparing variation reports and payment applications. Maintain project cost records and documentation. Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for quantity updates. Support subcontractor quotation reviews. Assist Senior QS with commercial and contract-related tasks. Location ? Dubai, UAE Project Exposure ? High-Rise Building Projects ?️ Riverton Development Projects ? Villa Projects Interested candidates can share their updated CVs. Requirements Senior QS Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction projects. Strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects. Good knowledge of contracts, BOQ, estimation, and cost control. UAE contracting experience is preferred. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Junior QS Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Junior QS in construction projects. Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred. Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and construction costing. Good communication and documentation skills.
