QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent relevant qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Interior Fit-out Works industry with main contractor
• Strong negotiation Skills
• Competent in costing related computer software
• Good team player, highly motivated, meticulous and cost conscious
• Able to meet tight datelines and work under pressure
• Candidates without experience but with the relevant qualifications can be considered for the junior position

• Years of Exp Required : 5 years for Senior, 1 year for Junior
• Skills : Quantity surveyor skills, Negotiation skills, Communications skills, Customer service
• Language : Spoken & Written in English And Mandarin
  Salary range: S$2800 to S$480

• Responsible for all tender and customers enquiries.
• Preparation of tender submissions including taking off quantities and sourcing for quotations from

suppliers and sub-contractors

• Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects
• issuance of purchase order, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with

sub-contractors and suppliers

• Monitor and keep track of deliveries from sub-contractors.
• Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, settlement of final accounts with client.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve competitive pricing
• Prepare and maintain competitive pricing information for all trades
• Budget & cost control for all projects
• Site Visit if needed
