Job Description Agera stöd till Commercial Manager, ta ansvar för att effektivt leverera en rad uppgifter till höga kvalitet. Även, vid vissa tillfällen agera i rollen som Commercial Manager för mindre projekt, ansvara för att en ”end to end service” kan levereras. Assisting the Commercial Manager on a range of tasks, to include: Genomföra prekvalificering processer, samla in data samt benchmarkunderlag; Mängdning, Kalkylering samt upprättande av Kostnadskalkyler; Upprätta och uppdatera Anbudslistor; Upprättande av förfrågningsunderlag samt kompletterande förfrågningsunderlag; Anbudsutvärderingar; Upprätta Anbudsrapporter; Driva ÄTA hanteringsprocessen; Utföra kostnadskontroller; Upprätta månadsrapporter; Vara kontaktperson för kunden, Entreprenörer, projekterings team, etc. Other responsibilities, to include: Upprätthålla bra relation med kunden och Entreprenörer genom hela projektets gång. Qualifications Att agera stöd till (Senior) Cost Managers i en bred omfattning av projekt i varierande storlekar och komplexitet. Personen ska ha en gedigen baskunskap inom kalkylering och byggprocessen enligt svensk standard samt vilja arbeta i en konsultmiljö med både lokala och internationella kunder. Förmågan att arbeta i ett högt tempo och ha ett lösningsorienterat arbetssätt är ett måste. Rollen är bred och omfattar bland annat tjänster i projektens tidiga skeden, såsom framtagning av detaljerade kostnadskalkyler och investeringsbudgetar, samt upphandling, kommersiell förvaltning och rapportering i pågående projekt. Flytande svenska och engelska är obligatoriska krav för rollen (svenska är särskilt viktigt). Kunskap om svenska kalkylprogram är meriterande.
