Description
Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and international tax forms and disclosures, such as Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-PC, 8621, 8865/8858, and 5471. Participate in tax compliance and provision assistance engagements, identification and analysis of tax technical issues and interaction with additional service lines, including State and Local Tax and International Tax for multinational and domestic entities in a wide variety of industries Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams, review work prepared by and provide direction and guidance to assistants on engagement work performed Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop and sustain excellent client service Keep up to date on current tax practices Provide guidance and training to peers as necessary to optimize use of tax technology, process or improve quality of tax deliverables and services provided. Technical and Training Skills Understanding of U.S. federal income tax return preparation Experience with asset management (hedge funds or private equity) Strong attention to detail and ability to work at one's own initiative and within a small team Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods
Responsibilities
