About the Role We’re looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who can build strong relationships, read between the lines, solve real customer problems — and ideally laugh at the occasional dad joke from engineering. As a KAM, you are the face of Coretura for your clients. (Not literally our mascot, but you get the idea.) You’re the person they trust, the one they turn to when things get exciting, complicated, or occasionally both. You’ll be working closely with Product, Engineering and Leadership — basically everyone whose calendar has the word “sync” in it — to make sure our customers get the value and clarity they need. What You Will Do Build relationships that last longer than most gym memberships Become the customer’s go‑to person for everything from strategic decisions to making sense of what they really meant in that last email Communicate with clarity, confidence, and a sense of humor (highly appreciated) Turn customer challenges into opportunities Understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable insights Challenge customers — kindly but firmly — when needed to help them reach better outcomes Spot opportunities for growth and improvement long before anyone else notices them Collaborate like a pro Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams Bring structure to ambiguity and clarity to complexity Keep everyone aligned without needing a megaphone (though you could if you wanted) Drive long‑term success Ensure customers get the right support throughout the entire lifecycle Address risks proactively — ideally before they become PowerPoint material Who You Are You have solid experience as a KAM or similar role You build trust quickly and communicate effortlessly You’re structured, curious, proactive — and allergic to unnecessary complexity You enjoy working with tech‑driven products, even if you don’t dream in code You’re comfortable being the voice of reason, the connector of people, and the person who keeps cool when a customer says, “We might need this… yesterday.” Experience from mobility, automotive, or other fast‑paced industries is a plus, but not required.
