To our commercial hub based in Prague we are currently looking for: SENIOR CHANNEL MANAGER

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Developing and maintaining a solid, long – term relationships with assigned customers
Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets
Owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross – to – Net results
Leading annual negotiations with customers including yearly business plan, monthly business updates, sales & operations planning
Managing, developing and motivating dedicated team
Tracking team output and performance against business objectives
Anticipating customers changes and improvements
Strategic planning to improve customer results
Very deep understanding of your business and your customer
Full ownership of the process from order to payment of assigned customers, in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance Department
Analyzing customer data to provide better results
Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers
Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain department
