QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in key account management or technical sales within the automotive, mobility, or similarly engineered industries.
  • Proven track record of commercial success managing high-value OEM and Tier 1 relationships.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales cycles, product quality standards, and customer validation processes.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, navigate complexity, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Must possess a proactive mindset and strong desire for professional growth and leadership.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary commercial interface for assigned key accounts within North America, with full ownership of customer relationship management and business development efforts.
  • Represent the company’s product lines in customer engagements, supported by technical and product management teams.
  • Own the revenue performance for assigned accounts, including meeting annual sales targets, supporting pricing strategies, and driving account profitability.
  • Lead and coordinate commercial activities such as quotations, RFQs, contract reviews, and strategic business planning.
  • Actively collaborate with the company’s engineering, technical sales, and operations teams to align on customer requirements and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Provide regular insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategic planning.
  • Travel regularly (~30%+) across the Americas to customer sites, industry events, and internal meetings; must be flexible and enthusiastic about travel.
  • Interface with global counterparts in Europe, North Asia, and South Asia to maintain cohesive global account strategies and share best practices.
  • Progressively build toward a leadership role in managing the broader Americas regional sales function, including potential team management.
