THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a goal-oriented and communicative Key Account Manager to join our Partner Relationship Management team in Germany. As the new Key Account Representative, you will be responsible for a group of key accounts, in a specific region, in Urban Sports Club’s extensive portfolio and network, and maintain close relationships to ensure a long partner life cycle.
As Key Partner Account Manager, you will develop successful win-win solutions for the business, our partners, and our members. While close collaboration with the current Partner Management team is essential, you are responsible for a wide range of Germany’s most important partners and report to the Head of Germany. Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts and find win-win solutions that inspire them to be an active part of the USC platform
  • Take full ownership of your region and proactively identify and acquire potential new key accounts to strategically close existing gaps.
  • Be the main contact person for operational requests and work closely with the Partner Management and Partner Support team on an aligned strategy
  • Develop key strategies to personalize solutions for partners and create opportunities to adapt and shape the nature of the collaboration as the business expands and grows
  • Take over development-, complaint- and contract extension discussions with key account partners
  • Understand competitor movements and offerings and have clarity on Urban Sports Club’s unique selling points and advantages
  • Collaborate with Marketing on partner promotion and with Partner Development in nurturing a sustainable and strong partner network
