• Extremely detail-oriented, organised, and quality-driven
• Ideally with experience designing German kitchens or similar high-end systems
• Passionate about delivering a standout customer journey from concept to completion
• Looking for a long-term role in a company that values precision and performance

We’re looking for a Senior Kitchen Designer who is ready to raise their game and work with a team that’s serious about quality, detail, and customer satisfaction and just as serious about reward.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Engaging with a stream of warm, qualified leads from customers actively ready to buy
• Using our live pricing and design platform to build kitchens with transparency and confidence
• Leading customers through a proven sales journey designed to be simple, structured, and satisfying
• Designing from two German kitchen ranges , one focused on value, the other on higher end customisation
• Collaborating with an in-house project administrator who handles all operational admin including site surveys, scheduling, and payment coordination
• Focusing fully on customer experience, design quality, and conversion
