Job Description Ensure efficient organizational performance through gathering, sharing, and storing information. Analyze business processes and gather information across an organization to determine the most effective platforms for sharing and storing knowledge. Collect and integrate information, data, and content from departments and functions within the organization. Record and digitize information and ensure that it is stored safely and is secured through encryption or an antivirus. Produce reports and business intelligence for improving processes, products, or services. Provide education and training to end users on front end knowledge management system and reports. Provide content updates on knowledge management portals or sites.  Communicate change management strategies and enforce policy adherence. Oversee content strategy, content schedules and business requirements gathering. Internally advocate for and market knowledge tools and obtain buy-in and increased usage. Interview and understand user needs, problems and concerns and create strategies to build content. Job Responsibility • Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors • With limited guidance, responsiblefor moderately complex to complex assignments/projects • Regularly exercises independent judgment on matters of significance including selecting methods, techniques for obtaining results, and making recommendations • Begins to influence department’s strategy • Often operates in ambiguous situations • Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach and completion of own tasks/responsibilities of substantial complexity • Identifies areas for possible improvements and addresses problems within scope ofresponsibility • Regularly makes recommendations on new processes, tools, and services that can impact multiple projects and other functions Work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches toassignments • Normally receives minimal instruction ondayto-day work, general instruction on new assignments.
