Description
Roles & responsibilities As a Senior in the Accounts & Sectors Management team, you will play a key role in leading high-impact account & sector delivery by upholding KPMG values, strengthening senior stakeholders' relationships, and proactively influencing priorities to drive team success. You will also be expected to lead projects, mentor colleagues and contribute to the value proposition of the capability. Your responsibilities will include: •Lead by example to set and deliver program-level objectives across accounts and sectors, driving consistent execution, scalability, and best practice adoption across wider accounts and sectors to deliver measurable business impact •Maintain a solution-oriented mindset by translating challenges into actionable improvement plans, and ensuring team members remain focused on outcomes •Ensure high-quality delivery and excellence at team level and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement •Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Research, CRM, and other Account & Sector Management teams to leverage best practices. •Act as a trusted point of contact for US Tax team requirements and evolving support needs. •Build and maintain strong documentation and knowledge repositories for accounts and sector processes. •Champion cross-teams (UK & Swiss) learning and standardization, adopting proven practices and sharing innovations to collectively advance the account and sector management portfolio.. •Produce high-quality account and sector insights with clear, data-backed recommendations to support decision making and help stakeholders achieve their strategic objectives. •Maintain strong awareness of account and sector dynamics and market development to anticipate client needs and opportunities and proactively shape support strategies. •Drive MarketEDGE methodology and facilitate meetings, action Marketing Leads and create and manage CST presentations.
