Job details •Proposed designation  •Senior Analyst/Senior •Role type Senior Graphic Designer •Reporting to  TL/AM/Manager •Geo to be supported Luxembourg Work timings 09:30 am to 6:00 pm Roles & responsibilities In this role, the designer will be producing high-end creative, comprehensive layout and design for marketing collateral, proposals and client deliverables. The position is at the center of a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to think strategically and respond quickly to changing priorities. This role will focus on conceptualization, prototyping and production of design deliverables based on the company’s global brand. Project management, communication and prioritization skills are key. •Produce high-quality graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts for various media, such as print, digital, and social media. •Be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools such as Affinity. •Ensure that designs meet quality standards, are error-free, and are ready for client presentation or publication. •Organize and maintain design files, assets and resources for easy accessibility by team members. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow as designers. •Oversee multiple design projects, set priorities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. •Create, format and edit various types of client documents, including reports, presentations and manuals, ensuring they meet brand standards. •Organize and maintain a central repository for documents, ensuring version control and easy access for team members. •Ensure documents have a consistent and professional appearance, including proper formatting, fonts and styles. •Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases and other documents accurately and efficiently. •Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive corporate information and maintain confidentiality. •Be proficient in document management software, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools, such as Microsoft Office or specialized industry software. •Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and present design concepts and solutions effectively. •Contribute to the development of design strategies and concepts for projects, campaigns or brand initiatives. •Address design challenges and find creative solutions to design problems that may arise during projects. •Facilitate clear communication within the design team and between the design team and other departments or stakeholders. •Provide constructive feedback and critique to junior designers to help them improve their work. •Ensure that design projects stay within allocated budgets and resource constraints. •Be flexible and adaptive to changes in project requirements or client feedback. •Ensure that all design work align with the organization’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. •Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing or development, to integrate design seamlessly into broader projects or campaigns.
