Description
We are recruiting a Senior Illustration Specialist for our Creative Services team. The selected candidate will work as part of the CREATE team, which is recognized as a leader in delivering high‑quality creative output for the UK firm. As a Senior Illustration Specialist, you will be part of our in‑house design agency, producing high‑quality custom illustrations, visual assets, icons, infographics, and conceptual graphics that elevate marketing collateral, proposals, and client deliverables. This role requires a highly creative individual with strong conceptual skills, deep technical expertise in vector‑based illustration, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling artwork. You will actively contribute to the visual direction of projects, mentor other CREATE team members, and serve as a knowledgeable design resource for internal stakeholders. This role requires full understanding and application of the firm’s visual identity and brand standards, along with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. High‑quality illustration plays a critical role in strengthening our communication materials, and your output will frequently be visible to senior leadership and key clients. Therefore, precision, consistency, creativity, and timely delivery are essential. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator is mandatory; proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign will be an added advantage.
