Your tasks

• Implementation of CDD in customer onboarding and with existing customers
• Specialist contact person for internal and external stakeholders on KYC topics
• Control function and escalation management
• Ensuring a transparent overview of customers and relevant information for management.
• Controlling timely communication within management structures
• Support with the regular updating of customer data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential in KYC processes
• Participation in KYC projects

Your profile

• Successfully completed business administration studies or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of KYC in private, commercial and institutional environments
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Very good German and English skills
• Confident demeanor in the financial environment
• Structured and solution-oriented approach
• Experience in stakeholder management and strong communication skills
•
