Description

Team
Join our dynamic Learning & Development team and be a driving force in shaping the future of a fast-growing, innovative scale-up!
As a Senior L&D Manager, you will take the lead in designing, facilitating, and evaluating impactful learning initiatives, cultivating a continuous learning culture, and driving skill development at all levels.
You will also collaborate with teams across Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich), Europe (Madrid, Manchester), and globally (NYC, Utah), making L&D a key driver in fostering a unified Raisin culture worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the full learning cycle (conducting needs assessments, designing and facilitating learning events, and analyzing feedback) for both soft- and hard-skills learning programs, including leadership development.
  • Drive upskilling and reskilling initiatives, proactively identifying skill gaps based on internal workforce needs and external market trends to future-proof Raisin’s talent.
  • Facilitate on-demand team, department, and entity-specific workshops, including tailored team-building activities, to address existing challenges, enhance motivation, and improve collaboration across the business.
  • Engage learners with interactive and evidence-based content, drawing from the latest scientific research or widely recognized industry knowledge.
  • Align L&D initiatives with Raisin’s company culture, principles, and overall business strategy, to meet both employee development needs and organizational goals.
  • Drive impactful projects that extend beyond traditional L&D and create a positive impact on Raisin’s people and culture globally.
  • Research, experiment with, and implement cutting-edge learning methodologies and technologies to create transformative L&D experiences.
  • Leverage LMS and other digital learning tools to enhance the accessibility and scalability of learning initiatives.
  • Define and track measurable KPIs and use data-driven insights to continuously refine programs and guarantee high employee satisfaction and long-term knowledge retention.
  • Build strong partnerships with department heads, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders, acting as a strategic partner to ensure that learning and development is a business priority across the organization.

Your Profile

  • You are deeply passionate about people development and continuous learning, with a strong desire to create meaningful learning experiences that help employees and Raisin grow.
  • You are creative, with excellent communication, and facilitation skills, allowing you to effectively engage learners in both in-person and online training environments.
  • You are highly knowledgeable about instructional design and adult learning principles, and you use them to create high-impact learning programs that drive real behavioral change.
  • You excel at designing customized learning solutions, using a mix of learning methods that align employee development with strategic business objectives.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with employees at all levels, from junior staff to C-suite executives, adapting your approach based on different audiences.
  • You are skilled in evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to make informed improvements.
  • You are tech-savvy and proficient in using LMS platforms (esp. Leapsome), e-learning tools, and digital collaboration software (e.g. Google Suite, Miro, Mentimeter, Slack).
  • You have strong project management abilities, i.e. handling multiple initiatives simultaneously, managing resources effectively, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • You are fluent in English and enjoy working in a diverse, international environment.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, training, or coaching.
  • You are available to travel to other Raisin offices (especially within Germany) for a few days approx. every 2 months.
