At the Sun Chemical Color Materials site in Maastricht, we produce pigment preparations for plastics and raw materials for 3D printing, with a team of about 90 people. To expand our Quality Services team, we are looking for a Senior Laboratory Technician

As Senior Laboratory Technician you will be part of the EHS&Q team in Maastricht, reporting to the Supervisor of Quality Services on-site. You will be involved in:

• Providing analytical testing and reporting support to various internal and external customers, ensuring the accuracy, timeline, and clarity of the reported results.
• Ensuring all tasks and activities are carried out in accordance with the venue’s EHS regulations/guidelines and EHS culture.
• Ensuring the conversion of safety data sheets into work instruction cards
• Developing new test methods
• Demonstrating a broad understanding of the working procedures in use and coming up with suggestions for improving these procedures.
• Completing all tests in accordance with defined procedures.
• Ensuring that the tests are completed according to the agreed timetables.
