We are currently seeking a Senior Land Manager to join our growing team.

As Snr. Land Manager you will be:

• Responsible for negotiating Heads of Terms and securing Options and Leases in order to deliver full land assembly packages for the development sites within the Renewables forward programme.
• Working closely with the construction team, you will also be involved in exercising Options and entering Leases in-line with construction programme, Option/Lease obligations and construction technical requirements.
• You will assist in the search for new sites across the UK (onshore wind, solar and energy storage) to build a pipeline of renewable energy projects capable of achieving specific project and financial objectives.
• You will also be involved in the management of live leases and resolution of any land issues arising for operational sites and associated leases.
