Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role delivers front line riparian advisory, technical and extension services to farmers, community and industries within Hunter LLS that help them manage our landscapes to be healthy and productive. You will also apply riverine expertise to develop and implement onground river rehabilitation projects that address complex riparian land management issues by improving riparian vegetation and river health and resilience.
To be successful in this role you will have expertise and genuine interest in river rehabilitation and experience in delivering extension services that engage rural landholders and industries in riparian practice change. This role will work in the upper Hunter district.
