We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all surveying operations on-site, ensuring precise measurements, alignment, and levels are maintained throughout the construction process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 3 years on high-rise building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, site safety, and survey standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software (e.g., Leica, Trimble, or Topcon).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate topographic, boundary, and layout surveys for high-rise building projects.
  • Verify and establish horizontal and vertical control points, benchmarks, and reference lines.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and contractors to interpret drawings and ensure survey data aligns with project requirements.
  • Supervise and guide junior surveyors and survey teams on-site.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all survey work and submit detailed reports and drawings.
  • Perform as-built surveys and generate necessary documentation.
  • Use total stations, GPS, digital levels, and other modern surveying instruments effectively.
  • Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
