Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect with strong technical expertise to join our team, in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead the development of detailed landscape designs, oversee the preparation of tender and construction packages, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, technically sound solutions across a wide range of projects—from urban public realms and hospitality to large-scale mixed-use and infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical design development of assigned landscape projects through all design stages
  • Provide quality assurance by reviewing drawings and documentation prepared by junior and mid-level team members.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and external consultants to ensure seamless interdisciplinary integration.
  • Conduct reviews, respond to RFIs, and support contract administration during the construction phase.
  • Mentor and support junior team members on best practices, technical detailing, and documentation standards.
  • Stay informed about materials, construction methods, and innovations in sustainable landscape design.
  • Drive and conduct site opportunity and constraints studies for projects and proposals to be presented to the client and internally. Present findings and establish clear thoughts and ideas following design consideration.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of landscape architecture principles with the ability to translate vision frameworks established by senior staff into principles and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • 6+ years experience within Landscape Architecture
