Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our design studio, you will contribute to creating sustainable and visually stunning outdoor spaces that enhance the urban environment and reflect the unique character of the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the creation of visionary landscape designs for various urban projects, including public spaces, residential communities, and commercial developments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscape elements with architectural and engineering designs
  • Conduct site analyses and develop sustainable, water-efficient landscaping solutions suitable for the local climate
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
  • Prepare and present design concepts, plans, and proposals to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards in all landscape designs
  • Utilize cutting-edge design software and technologies to create detailed plans and visualizations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and innovative landscaping techniques

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on urban design projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale landscape projects
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software
  • Experience with ArcGIS, Revit, or similar landscape design tools is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of sustainable landscape practices and water-efficient design techniques
  • Familiarity with local flora, environmental conditions, and landscaping regulations in the UAE
  • Excellent project management skills, including budget control and timeline management
