Description
Develop plans and associated projects to architecture in all its stages, setting materials, finishes, techniques, and methodologies; analyzing data and information; and developing technical and financial feasibility studies. Monitor and supervise the work and services defined. Responsibilities Architectural Design: Design architectural solutions and the associated validation process to enable the realization of a design brief (e.g., in terms of functionality, aesthetics, and cost) that conforms to organizational and/or regulatory standards. Building Information Modeling (BIM) System: Supervise the installation, operations, and maintenance of a building information modeling (BIM) system. Make sure that systems are maintained and periodically upgraded. Coordinate building- and construction-related measurements. Review and endorse data, records, and base maps for future use. Bid Solicitation/Request for Proposal/Tender Analysis: Conduct complex feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on bid solicitation, including request for proposal (RFP) and request for tender (RFT) project requirements, and write specifications for tenders. Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure. Engineering Solutions Design: Contribute to the design of engineering solutions; design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions. Engineering Drawings: Create complex engineering drawings to support the communication, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions. Building Surveys: Undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks. Includes conducting a wide range of surveys on complex sites. Construction Advice: Provide specialist professional advice relating to construction regulations and best practice with regard to complex maintenance, alteration, and construction of buildings. Client & Customer Management (External): Manage relationships with small clients while also helping senior colleagues manage relationships with larger key clients and customers. Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
