REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/lead role.
• Proven track record in large-scale landscape and urban design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and other design visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of planting design, irrigation systems, sustainable landscape practices, and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Lead the design and development of landscape projects from concept to detailed design stages.
• Prepare master plans, planting plans, hardscape designs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, urban planners, and consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise site implementation works, ensuring quality, sustainability, and design intent are achieved.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects and design team members.
