About the Role You will shape outdoor spaces that meaningfully improve clients’ homes and commercial properties. This is a senior, hands‑on role with real ownership of projects, opportunities to influence design and operations, and a clear pathway into leadership as the business grows. Key responsibilities Lead and deliver hard and soft landscaping projects to a high standard. Plan, plant and maintain gardens with strong attention to plant health, structure and seasonal needs. Supervise, coach and mentor crew members on-site to lift quality, safety and efficiency. Coordinate materials, tools, PPE and daily logistics for jobs; maintain tidy vehicle and equipment. Produce concise job notes and handover reports for clients and internal teams. Act as a client-facing ambassador: manage expectations, communicate clearly and resolve issues promptly. Uphold health, safety and environmental standards on every site. We are looking for Proven landscaping and gardening experience with both hardscape and softscape work. Strong plant knowledge and the ability to select and place species for healthy, low‑maintenance outcomes. Practical leadership experience: supervising crews, delegating tasks and coaching on the job. Comfortable with physical outdoor work and standard tools; experience with small machinery an advantage. Reliable, punctual and client-focused with excellent communication skills.
