1. Provide direct support to the Director Legal Services in relation to the delivery of legal services relevant to the governance
   and operations of NT Health.
2. Provide team leadership and management within Legal Services, fostering a positive workplace culture through
   exemplary leadership practices and role modelling behaviour.
3. Assist with carriage of legal matters, including claims against the NTA, coronial inquests, FOI and privacy, commercial
   matters and management of outsourced matters.
4. Provide advice to the Chief Executive and others in relation to varied and complex legal issues, including review of
   government and external communications, guidelines, policies and procedures relevant to health services.
5. Develop and maintain effective collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Follow defined service quality standards, WHS policies and procedures.
